I am an Occupational Therapist specialising in supporting women with ADHD who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unable to follow through on what matters to them.
Many of the people I work with describe a gap between knowing what to do and being able to do it. My approach focuses on the core challenges of ADHD, including task initiation, emotional regulation, energy management, and building sustainable routines that actually work in real life.
